What does Evocative Leadership mean?
Evocative means a call.
To evoke is to call forward the highest skill, talent, and genius from everyone within your sphere of influence — including yourself — with the deep knowing that together we can create anything.
Evocative Leadership Mastery™ activates an evolving model of leadership that calls forth your highest capacities and those of everyone around you as you navigate the profound shifts of our time.
It is not a style of leadership. It is a way of being.
What is the philosophy behind the program?
Evocative leadership emerges from a culture of interrelatedness — one that holds the deep value of relationship, reverence for life, and the power of collective wisdom.
The program is grounded in a distinctive blend of Ancient Earth Wisdom Teachings and modern leadership practice, centered on three essential lenses:
- Interiority Practices for commanding your inner landscape — your Ground of Being — so you can evoke the best of yourself, and the best in others.
- Polarity & Complementarity Practices for finding the gift in opposing forces and discovering the unified third way, rather than collapsing into either/or.
- Bridging Practices for creating connection and understanding across differences — building the pathways that lead to wholeness.
What are the Eight Universal Intelligences?
In the ELM journey, we re-awaken eight Universal Intelligences that already live within every human being. These are not skills to be acquired —
they are capacities to be remembered, embodied, and activated.
Why is this needed now?
We are living through a time of accelerating complexity, deepening polarization, and unprecedented collective challenge.
The tools that built the systems of the past are not sufficient for what is being asked of us now.
The world does not need more managers. It needs evocators — leaders who can draw the best from those they interact with, hold steady in the midst of volatility, and evoke the quality of higher consciousness required to meet what we all face together.
This is not aspirational language. It is the work.

Who is this for?
This training is for those who sense they are here to make a difference — and who are ready to do the deep inner work that genuine leadership requires.
You may be a coach, facilitator, executive, educator, community builder, or changemaker of any kind.
What matters is not your title but your readiness — to dive deep, grow your capacities, and show up more fully for the people and systems you serve.
ELM gathers a diverse and remarkable community of humans from different backgrounds, cultures, and lived experiences — all called to the same essential journey. If you are one of those people who are crazy enough to think we can change the world together — this is your circle.
What are the outcomes of this training?
Evocative Leadership Mastery™ is an adventure into your own deep integrity — a journey to discover the power of the universe that already resides in you.
You will leave with the capacity to evoke leadership in others, meet complexity with equanimity, hold space for healing and transformation in systems, and gather the collective wisdom of diverse groups to create new pathways forward.
Most profoundly — you will remember who you truly are.
What is the structure of the journey?
The journey unfolds across five six-day in-person retreats held quarterly over twelve months. Each retreat is a world unto itself — held together between gatherings by deepening calls, shared practices, and learning teams that keep the work alive in your daily life.
Between retreats, you deepen your learning by applying practices and skills in your home, work, and community life — engaging in field work and connecting actively with your learning community.
The fifth and final retreat is a completion session — the moment participants present the real-world projects they have developed across the year. It is the culmination of everything embodied on the journey.
Please plan to arrive the evening before each retreat begins and depart the morning after it concludes.
What learning modalities and experiences are used?
ELM is a whole-body learning experience. You will not sit in rows listening to lectures.
The learning is experiential, embodied, and deeply relational:
Whole-body learning for full integration — head, heart, and hands
Interactive and experiential team practices
Ancient Earth Wisdom practices grounded in the values of Indigenous cultures worldwide
Ceremony, council, and the power of gathering in circle
Deep introspective time alone on the earth
YOUR COMMITMENT
What will be asked of me to complete the program?
This is a full-year commitment, and it will ask something real of you. To successfully complete ELM, participants are asked to:
Attend all five six-day retreats
Actively participate in the online learning community and connect monthly with your learning team
Practice and embody concepts and skills in your home, work, and community life
Complete all integration reports (Expeditions) describing how skills and concepts are being applied in real life
Complete your project requirements through field work
Present your project at the final retreat
The degree to which you bring yourself fully to this journey is the degree to which it will transform you.
I've never done anything like this before. Is that okay?
Yes. Many people arrive at ELM having never encountered Earth Wisdom teachings or a program of this depth before.
What you need is not prior experience — it is the genuine readiness to be changed.

Beyond Limits is a multi-day immersive program designed specifically as a gateway into the world of Evocative Leadership.
