Evocative World exists at the intersection of two things that rarely meet — the depth of ancient wisdom traditions and the urgent complexity of contemporary leadership.
We believe the challenges of our time cannot be solved from the same level of consciousness that created them. That real change — in organizations, communities, and the world — begins with the inner work of those called to lead it.
Our programs develop a different kind of leader. Not one who manages from the outside, but one who transforms from within — and whose presence itself becomes an invitation for others to do the same.

At the heart of our work is a simple truth: the inner and outer worlds are not separate.
Our logo — a Möbius strip — is a signature for this understanding. Follow its surface, and you discover there is no inside or outside, no beginning or end. What appears to be two distinct faces is revealed as one continuous whole. The personal and the collective. The individual and the system. The ancient and the now.
This is the ground we work from.
We draw from Earth Wisdom — a framework for conscious, high-impact living that has guided human beings across cultures and centuries. Through experiential learning, ceremony, and council practice, we help participants not just understand these principles but embody them — so they become not something you practice, but something you live.
By nurturing self-awareness alongside collective wisdom, we support a purposeful, balanced way of being that serves not just the individual but the systems and communities they touch.
Our Approach
We don't teach leadership. We create the conditions for it to emerge — and we give you the skills, tools, and practices to sustain it.
Everything we offer is experiential — designed to be felt and embodied rather than simply understood. We work with the whole person: the thinking mind, the sensing body, the dreaming imagination, and the part of you that already knows more than it has been given permission to express.
We draw from multiple wisdom traditions — Indigenous council practices, Earth Wisdom teachings, systemic constellation work, somatic approaches, and the emerging science of consciousness — weaving them into a coherent, contemporary framework for those ready to lead at the deepest levels.

Sacred Dialogues™
Opening the Circle

Sacred Dialogues is a 20-month journey — six retreats across nearly two years — that develops the rare capacity to hold council at depth. For the systems we inhabit. For the communities we serve. For the questions our world most needs to sit with.
Participants emerge as council keepers — people who can create the conditions for collective wisdom to arise, for old stories to transform, and for new dreams to take flight on behalf of the whole.
