Alexsandra Lantigua is a global facilitator, executive coach, and founder who has spent more than two decades weaving together ancient Earth Wisdom with cutting-edge leadership practices. Trained by Wisdom Keepers across North America, Peru, Bali, Guatemala, Tibet, and the Amazon, she integrates timeless indigenous knowledge with the demands of 21st-century leadership and systemic transformation.

As an executive and team coach, facilitator, and trainer, Alexsandra supports mission-driven leaders and organizations in navigating complexity, catalyzing cultural change, and cultivating inclusive, dynamic systems. Her work fosters conscious, equity-centered leadership that transforms not only teams and organizations but also communities and society.

She is the founder and CEO of StarSeeds, an international coaching and consulting practice exploring new frontiers for high-impact leaders and teams. She is also co-founder of Quantum Culture, an initiative that reframes diversity, equity, and inclusion through a systems-based model of power and privilege.

Alexsandra is a founding member of the Curriculum and Facilitation team at Paradox (prdx.co), a global collective of entrepreneurial leaders committed to bridging divides and uniting a fractured world.

Her international client portfolio spans individuals, partnerships, and organizations, including 3M, Medtronic, Telefónica, Mead Johnson, Blue Cross, the Colorado Child Welfare Training System, Open Society Foundations, the United Nations, the Danish Royal Academy, and Harvard University.

For over 15 years, she served as senior faculty and lead trainer at the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and CRR Global (Center for Right Relationship). She also taught as an adjunct professor, trainer, and coach at the University of St. Catherine, helping lead the Leaders of the New Millennium Initiative to empower women and people of color across sectors.

Alexsandra is the co-creator and CEO of Evocative World, a learning and leadership hub where individuals and teams build the capacity to meet disruption, conflict, and uncertainty with calm, clarity, and resilience.
