This is not a curriculum. It is a transformation — designed not just for learning but for the kind of embodiment that changes how you lead forever.
Interiority — before you can evoke anything in others, you must be able to command your own interior state.
Not suppress it. Not perform through it. Command it.
This is where the journey begins — in the ground of your own being.
Bridging — when you have inner ground and can hold polarity without fear, something opens that could not open before.
You become capable of building bridges —
between people, between worldviews,
between what is and what wants to emerge.
Polarity and Complementarity — the world is full of opposing forces. Most leaders try to resolve them, eliminate them, or choose sides.
Evocative leaders do something different: they find the gift hidden inside the tension
and call forth the unified third way that neither side could see alone.

1. What does Evocative Leadership mean?
Evocative means a call. To evoke is to call forward the highest skill, talent, and genius from those within your sphere of influence — including yourself — with the deep knowing that together we can create anything.

2. Who is this for?
This training is for those who sense they are here to make a difference — and who are ready to do the inner work that genuine leadership requires.
You may be a coach, facilitator, executive, educator, community builder, or changemaker of any kind. What matters is not your title but your readiness — to dive deep, grow your capacities, and show up more fully for the people and systems you serve.
ELM brings together a diverse and extraordinary community of humans from different backgrounds, experiences, and cultures — all committed to the same journey.
3. What are the outcomes?
Evocative Leadership Mastery™ is an adventure into your own deep integrity — a journey to discover the power that already lives within you.
You will leave with the capacity to evoke leadership in others, meet complexity with equanimity, hold space for healing and transformation in systems, and gather the collective wisdom of diverse groups to create new pathways forward.
Most profoundly — you will remember who you truly are.
4. What is the structure of the journey?
The journey consists of five six-day in-person retreats held quarterly across twelve months — held together by deepening calls, shared practices, and learning teams that keep the work alive between gatherings.
Between retreats, participants deepen their learning by applying practices and skills in daily life, engaging in field work, and connecting actively with their learning community in our collaborative online space.
The fifth and final retreat is a completion session at which participants present their real-world projects — the culmination of everything they have embodied across the year.
5. What will I be expected to do to complete the program?
To successfully complete Evocative Leadership Mastery™, participants are asked to:
- Attend all five retreats
- Actively participate in the online learning community and connect monthly with their learning team
- Practice and embody concepts and skills in home, work, and community life
- Complete all integration reports describing how skills and concepts are being applied
- Complete project requirements through field work
- Present their project at the final retreat

We understand that life sometimes changes course. If you need to cancel your participation, please notify us as soon as possible at evocative.mastery@gmail.com so we can do our best to support you and, where possible, offer your place to someone on the waitlist.
Registration Deposit Your $2,000 registration deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. It secures your place in the cohort from the moment you register.
Cancellations more than 90 days before the program start date You will receive a 50% refund of all program fees paid beyond your deposit.
Cancellations between 30 and 90 days before the program start date You have two options:
- A 25% cash refund of all program fees paid beyond your deposit, or
- A 50% credit toward a future ELM program, valid for one year from the date of cancellation
Cancellations less than 30 days before the program start date No cash refund is available. However you may:
- Transfer your registration to another participant at no charge, or
- Apply a 25% credit toward a future ELM program, valid for one year from the date of cancellation
Registration Transfer At any point prior to the program start date, you may transfer your registration to another participant at no charge. Please contact us to arrange this.
Program Cancellation by Evocative World In the unlikely event that we must cancel the program, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid, including your deposit.
Full Program Commitment Enrollment in ELM constitutes a full commitment to the program. Once the program has begun, participants remain responsible for the total tuition balance regardless of whether they choose to continue. We encourage all prospective participants to carefully consider this commitment before registering.
